We just received a letter from an anonymous "tipster" regarding his outrageous letter to bilk the HOA of thousands and thousands of dollars. As a result, assessments are placed against the residents to replenish the depleted reserves. Please see a portion of the letter above. We have also been informed this EXACT same template letter was also sent to a resident at the Courtyards of West Hollywood in a different incident.
What attorney would ever do this other than the monstrous Adrian J Adams ESQ!!

Adrian J Adams is racketeering Homeowner’s Associations represented by the Board of Directors clueless enough about his reputation and the well established FACT that he is in the game to maximize the financial gain and the profit weather the same comes from “defending” you from a homeowner he harassed in order to turn him/her into litigant or from a Board Member who did not like to see the rest of the Board stealing HOA money with their contractors. He nearly bankrupted our HOA by dragging us into legal battles we did not have to be in. Dealing with Adams should be AVOIDED at all costs.
Is Adrian Adams a judge? A judge who has issued a restraining order?
Where or how is it in the CID laws that a HOA can issue a protective order against a homeowner? I wasn't able to find that.
