SHAME ON YOU “MALIBU BAY CLUB HOA”.. YOU SUCK ALSO !!!!!! NO HONEST HOA WOULD EVER HIRE ADRIAN J ADAMS ESQ. UPDATE: PLEASE VIEW THE PENDING LAWSUIT!!




VENTURA SUPERIOR COURT CASE

Malibu Bay Club (where Adrian J Adams ESQ of Adams Kessler once served as counsel), Paragon Real Estate, et al has been sued for the following:
1.Fraud
2.Unjust enrichment
3.Accounting
4.Conspiracy to fraud and much more!!!

From what we know about Mr. Adams, he likes to cause conflict between the residents and Board of Directors. Why does he do this? He derives legal fees by billing the HOA thousands and thousands of dollars under the guise of “protecting” the HOA and its Board of Directors. Why would Malibu Bay Club hire Adrian J Adams ESQ when his past included suing a HOA (Villa Riviera where he once served as counsel) and getting sued by 2 different Board members that had no association with each other.

Adrian J Adams is racketeering Homeowner’s Associations represented by the Board of Directors clueless enough about his reputation and the well established FACT that he is in the game to maximize the financial gain and the profit weather the same comes from “defending” you from a homeowner he harassed in order to turn him/her into litigant or from a Board Member who did not like to see the rest of the Board stealing HOA money with their contractors. He nearly bankrupted our HOA by dragging us into legal battles we did not have to be in. Dealing with Adams should be AVOIDED at all costs.
